Perfect Weekend

This was absolutely the perfect weekend for me, or at least it was the best weekend that I have had in a long, long time. I haven't been as happy as I was this weekend in a long time either. The weekend started on Thursday night when I headed to Decorah. Friday, Mom and I traveled to Lacrosse, WI to get her radiation treatment. On the way up and way back it was snowing like it is the middle of winter or something. It was all fun. Ate at Marty's with Erik and Mom for lunch, then it was off for a 2 1/2 hour ride on the wettest, muckiest trails that I have ever seen. It was AMAZING. I got dirty as could be. Saturday was probably the best day of the weekend. The day started with a 3 hour ride over at Yellow River Forest. Again it was muddy, sloppy and a blast of a ride. That evening it was the HAWKEYES beating Penn State 24-23 that made my night. AWESOME. After the game Chinese dinner and relaxation until tonight. Great weekend. Great Rides. Great Game. What more could you ask for over a weekend. That is all for now. OUT
