Oh, What a long weekend can bring!

This weekend was Thanksgiving. Got out of school on Tuesday afternoon and got to Decorah on Wednesday at about 8 a.m. It wasn't to bad of a weekend. A little frustrating at times. Went to the Quad Cities for some turkey on Thursday and Wii play. Got back to Decorah on Friday in enough time to sit around and watch some football. I was able to get out on the trails for quiet a bit of riding time. Went out in the morning for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Trails were in pristine condition and great for riding. Then I went out for a night ride, lasted about 1 and 1/2 hours. There was a moment on that ride that left me remembering why I love Decorah. Looking over the city with all the lights shinning brightly was just aw-inspiring. I love that town. The new lower trail is an awesome trail. One of the best I feel in Decorah. Wicked fun!!!!! I probably am the last person this year to ride the trails while they are dusty and dry, given I rode them the night before about 4 inches of snow fell on the ground. Winter is here. It is not all bad though , 2 hour late start on Monday, can't beat that. WoHOOOO!!!!!!!! That is all, I'm OUT!
